All our products are shipped from India and apparently reverse shipping is not economically possible for us, so we are not able to provide you with the option to return the items.
For the same reason as above we won’t be able to provide you with a replacement option in case you choose the wrong size. We would request you to, please refer to the size chart before purchasing the product or feel free to email us at care@Dattehameha.com if you require pre-sale assistance.
However we do offer a refund for printing /manufacturing defects or in case of delivery failure.
To file for a refund please email us at care@Dattehameha.com with your “(Order number)_returns” in the subject field within 3 days of receiving the product, including an explanation of the issue.
These Refunds are facilitated through PayPal or Original Payment Method only and are initiated from our side in 2 business once approved.
If for any reason you choose to not pay duties/ taxes (which might or might not be charged depending on your country rules) and refuse to accept the delivery of the product, the refund will be made after deducting the shipping & import charges we incur during the round trip back to India. If the total charges are higher than the order refund amount, no refund will be made.
If you want to cancel your order: Please send an email within 24 hours of placing the order for cancellation/modifications. 1. To cancel or modify your orders just drop a mail at care@Dattehameha.com mentioning the changes to be made to the order. Don’t forget to mention your order id as well. 2. For modifications – please write “Modify My Order” in the email’s subject along with the order no.
